Currently I am serving as a full-time Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration in Finance and Banking at the Bangladesh University of Professionals. I completed my MBA and BBA in Finance & Banking from the Bangladesh University of Professionals with the highest distinction. I am an experienced researcher with several publications in International indexed journals. My publications have appeared in high-impact journals including the Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Innovation & Knowledge, Environmental Science and Pollution Research, Systems, and the Journal of Social Service Research. I have received three Best Paper Awards in international conferences, including the British Academy of Management Conference 2022 (UK), BAASANA International Conference 2019 (USA), and the IFIM Business School Annual Conference 2018 (India). I am the recipient of the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Scholar Award 2023 from the Prime Minister of Bangladesh for my academic and research accomplishments. In 2024, I have received the Best Researcher Award at the Bangladesh University of Professionals. My research interest lies in the areas of Financial Technology, Sustainability, Technology Management, Strategy and Innovation.
