Currently I am serving as a full-time Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration in Finance and Banking at the Bangladesh University of Professionals. I completed my MBA and BBA in Finance & Banking from the Bangladesh University of Professionals with the highest distinction. I am an experienced researcher with several publications in International indexed journals. My publications have appeared in high-impact journals including the Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Innovation & Knowledge, Environmental Science and Pollution Research, Systems, and the Journal of Social Service Research<\/em>. I have received three Best Paper Awards<\/em> in international conferences, including the British Academy of Management Conference 2022 (UK), BAASANA International Conference 2019 (USA), and the IFIM Business School Annual Conference 2018 (India). I am the recipient of the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Scholar Award 2023<\/em> from the Prime Minister of Bangladesh for my academic and research accomplishments.\u00a0In 2024, I have received the Best Researcher Award<\/em> at the Bangladesh University of Professionals. My research interest lies in the areas of Financial Technology, Sustainability, Technology Management, Strategy and Innovation. <\/p>\n
